Following the UK Government’s announcement on 14 June 2021 that lockdown measures will not be withdrawn by the time of its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) convened at 10.00am on Monday 28 June 2021, the Company announces that it intends to hold its AGM with only the minimum number of shareholders present as required to form a quorum under its Articles of Association, and who (being officers or employees of the Company) are essential for the business of the AGM to be conducted.
